If it is the wrong size, wrong color, wrong style, or you just don’t like it, you can return or exchange your items 30 days from date of purchase.

If it was a gift we can exchange it for something else.

Return unworn item(s) purchased at  www.thekiwicrossing.com  30 days from the date of the order for a complete refund or exchange.  Returned items must be in their original packaging unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition.  Item(s) must be in original new condition.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer free returns or exchanges for 30 days from purchase date.  No matter what reason.  Every item we sell comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

What if it was a gift?

No worries.  We can exchange it for something else.  You will need your order number which you can find on the packing slip included with your gift or on the bottom of the shipping label.  If you can’t find it, then let us know who bought the gift for you.  If you still don’t know, no worries we will take care of it.

What if it is past the 30 days from date of purchase?

You are covered by our warranty from any defects or issues with our products.  We want you to be completely satisfied.  Please let us know what issues you are having with your product.

How do I ship it back to you?

New, Unused, Unworn, Unwashed Item(s)

Free returns and exchanges 30 days from date of purchase.  You can use the same package it came in.  Just tape it back up.  Once we receive your return form, we will email you a return label to put on your package.  Make sure you cover up any previous labels so there is no confusion which label is correct.  Also make sure that the label can seen, read, and scanned easily by UPS.  Drop it off at your local UPS store or UPS depot.  UPS – United Parcel Service
