Every single item we sell, from lifestyle socks to our sweaters, comes with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
We have tested, tried, and worn everything we sell. If we haven’t worn it, then we know someone that has and seen the results. We believe in what we sell and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. In the unfortunate event that you have issues with an item you purchased from Kiwi Crossing, we will warranty your product. No problem.
After filling out your warranty claim we will send you instructions to ship the item back to us. Once we receive your item and warranty claim form, our customer service team will acknowledge your claim within 3-5 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for determination of claim and 7-10 business days during peak holiday (Nov, Dec, Jan) season. If your claim is not covered by our guarantee we will notify you of our decision.
* Failure to include any portion of the requested information may result in a significant delay or denial of your claim.
Things we don’t cover:
- Loss of socks – There must be 2 socks (identical pair). If your washing machine ate one, sorry we can’t help you.
- Destruction from animals or other uses – Animal chew toy, cleaning rag, or any other use than wearing them on your feet (socks) is not covered.
- Burned or BBQ’d – Merino wool is naturally flame resistant, but we can’t help you if you BBQ them in the campfire.
- Natural disasters.
- Basic wear and tear.
If you have pictures of the issue, you can help us out by emailing them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to provide us with your contact details so we can match up your pictures with your claim form. We want to make sure we offer the best quality products. We appreciate any information you can give us that will help us to improve your customer satisfaction. Thank you.
